Lucy H. Koh
Lucy H. Koh was confirmed to serve the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She is the first Korean American U.S. District Court Judge in U.S. history and the first Asian Pacific American Article III judge in the Northern District.
Koh previously served as an assistant attorney in Los Angeles in the major frauds section and in several positions at the justice department, headquartered in Washington, D.C. In 2008, she was appointed to the California Superior Court for Santa Clara County. ♦
