In a nonprofit and nonpartisan event, former Washington State Gov. Albert Rosellini celebrated his 100th birthday on Jan. 16 with seven other Washington state governors.
A letter from President Barack Obama was read by former Gov. Gary Locke, who organized the event.
Rosellini was Washington’s 15th governor for two terms, from 1957 to 1965. (end)
