What’s a good reason for you to come to the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) annual banquet at the Seattle Marriott Hotel?
Because it’s JACL’s 88th anniversary. Others said come to promote social justices. One said meeting friends. Or getting dates. Perhaps, finding a mate.
A year ago, Sheldon Arakaki met Kayomi Wada sitting at the same table at the JACL dinner. A year later, Arakaki proposed to her at the JACL dinner.
