The two met salsa dancing at Century Ballroom on Capitol Hill. Guests at the wedding were the couple’s friends and family from San Francisco and New York. The couple’s golden retriever was the ring bearer during the ceremony.
Chen owns Chen Communications and is the first vice president of the Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS) Board. Velazquez is the senior product manager for the Xbox console at Microsoft and president of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Seattle. ♦
