Suzuki read from and discussed his latest book, “The Big Picture: Reflections on Science, Humanity, and a Quickly Changing Planet,” which is coauthored with Dave Robert Taylor. The essays in the book cover topics such as suburban sprawl, sustainable transportation, food shortages, biodiversity, technology, and public policy.
