More than a month after a hit-and-run incident that killed 30-year-old Jerome Dumlao, officers are still investigating and a family is still in mourning.
The early morning of Dec. 6 began as a celebratory outing that quickly took a tragic turn when an unimaginable event changed the lives of many, beyond the one that was lost.
