Microsoft’s CHIME (Chinese Microsoft Employees) and Asian Employee Network hosted its Spring Festival 2011, which is one of the largest diversity events and spring festival celebrations.
More than 3,500 people attended the event. Guests included Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, Lt. Gov. Brad Owen, General Consul of China in San Francisco Gao ZhanSheng, president of Microsoft’s Online Business Division Qi Lu, Washington state Attorney General Rob McKenna, University of Washington Interim President Phyllis Wise, president of Washington State China Relations Council Joseph Borich, and Microsoft’s corporate Vice President Harry Shum. ♦
