May 22: Northwest Asian Weekly wins six SPJ awards

The Society of Professional Journalists 2009 NW Excellence in Journalism Contest awards banquet was held at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue. This year had 2,500 entries from Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
