Chinese student convicted of fatal crash deported

A 21-year-old Chinese man convicted of vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment for a 2012 Des Moines crash was deported Thursday by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).
