Calif. man charged with threatening Sen. Leland Yee

(AP) — A Santa Clara man was charged Friday, Feb. 15 with possessing assault weapons, explosives, and bomb-making materials after the California Highway Patrol tracked an e-mailed death threat sent to Democratic state Sen. Grouping all Asians together could be bad for their health

Asian Americans as a whole are half as likely as non-Hispanic whites to die from heart disease. However, Native Hawaiians are 40 percent more likely to suffer from heart disease than whites.

Cell phone video shows police beating student
