Stephanie Bowman appointed Port of Seattle commissioner

Stephanie Bowman was appointed a commissioner of the Port of Seattle on May 3, joining current commissioners Tom Albro, Bill Bryant, John Creighton, and Courtney Gregoire. She fills the seat vacated by former commissioner Rob Holland.
