Seattleite among members of 2013 Japanese American Leadership Delegation

Ten Japanese Americans have been selected to travel to Japan where they will visit Fukushima Prefecture and Tokyo for meetings with newly elected top officials from March 8–16.

The Japanese Community and Cultural Center of Washington (JCCCW) held its second annual Tomodachi Luncheon fundraiser at the Bellevue Westin Hotel. More than 270 people attended, and more than $38,000 was raised, which will benefit the JCCCW.
