Legislation to rename park after Donnie Chin moves forward, thanks to Mayor

The process to rename International Children’s Park in Seattle’s International District after the beloved community activist Donnie Chin is moving forward. On April 12, Mayor Ed Murray sent to the Seattle City Council a resolution seeking the Council’s support of renaming the park from “International Children’s Park” to “Donnie Chin International Children’s Park.”
