On April 27, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) announced that University of Washington (UW) President Mark Emmert will be the NCAA’s next president, leaving a big hole at the very top of the UW.

Gates launches Center for Asian Art and Ideas

The Seattle Art Museum, the University of Washington (UW), and Mimi Gardner Gates launched the opening of the Gardner Center for Asian Art and Ideas (CAAI) this month with a 10-part lecture series at the Seattle Asian Art Museum (SAAM).
