Obama reappoints Nguyen to labor relations council

President Barack Obama on Sept. 7 reappointed H.T. Nguyen, who is executive director of the Federal Education Association (FEA) to the National Council on Federal Labor-Management Relations.

Nguyen was first appointed to the council in 2010. The FEA is an affiliate of the National Education Association for teachers who work in schools operated by the Defense Department.

Nguyen received a B.A., M.A., and J.D. from the Catholic University of America.
