Rep. Cindy Ryu was emcee for League of Women Voters – King County event “Make Democracy Work” on April 18 at the Wing Luke Asian Museum. Award winners included Sen. Pramila Jayapal, Executive Director of CAIRArsalam Bukhari, and David Perez an associate in Perkins Coie’s Litigation practice. Also present was King County Assessor Lloyd Hara. (end)
