August 30, 2014 By Northwest Asian Weekly

Albert Shen, Seattle Colleges Board of Trustees chair, has been officially appointed to be National Deputy Director of the Minority Business Development Agency, which is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington DC as of Aug. 15.
