New faces in new places

Sheila Burrus is the new president of the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest.
Burrus was born and raised in Batangas, Philippines, and attended De La Salle Lipa University and the University of St. Thomas.

Kiku Hayashi is the second vice-chair of the 37th District Democrats. Hayashi is a Japanese American community activist involved in many local organizations.

Local woman Mika Kurose Rothman recently graduated from New York University with a degree in communications. She was hired by the White House Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs. ♦
